had an amazing stay at a hotel in Aktau, exceeded my previous experience. Friendly staff, great service & spa zone. Live music on the rooftop terrace was a highlight. Will definitely come back!

The breakfast was incredibly nice, featured variety of meals. The staff were affable and accommodating and know their duties.

Lovely hotel, breakfast each day was particularly nice and the location on the sea was absolutely perfect. Location: the property was near to Seafront, the beautiful boardwalk, and restaurant and ceaner. There was a lobby restaurant nearby. The room was reasonably large and luxurious and had exceptionally good views of the sea. The bed, it was comfortable: )

We had an excellent stay at the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace. The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier. The food at the hotel was fantastic, and the cleanliness of our room was top-notch. The spa and pool facilities were also impressive. we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

The room was luxurious and had particularly good views of the sea. The staff were very professional, and the location was comfortable, right by the sea. Additionally, it was not far from the seafront and the beautiful boardwalk. the hotel provided great value for the experience it offered.

What a surprise! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Secondly, the location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. Situated right on the boardwalk, the views of the sea were breathtaking. I especially loved having a room with a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It was fantastic! The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was situated by the sea and provided a picturesque view. The friendly staff catered to all our needs and provided a complimentary fruit platter. The food served at the terrace restaurant was delicious.

The check-in process was slow due to a shortage of staff, resulting in a long wait. The breakfast area was cramped, unclean, and lacked sufficient staff.

The hotel had an amazing spa, delicious buffet breakfast, and a unique sturgeon aquarium. The terrace had stunning sea views, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Yeah, who needs prompt room cleaning or washed glasses? It's so fancy to have used ones lying around!

You'll love starting your day with a delicious breakfast that offers many options. The friendly staff makes for an excellent service experience throughout your stay.

Large sturgeon pond, beautiful cliff walk, great value for money, excellent egg cook, good selection of juices, immaculate hotel condition.

This venue is incredibly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that made our stay unforgettable. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing and provided a variety of services, including a sauna, steam room, and massage options. The sun terrace was a favorite spot, with comfortable sun loungers and picturesque views of the sea. The restaurant was also phenomenal, with delicious dinner options and in-room breakfast service available.

The only negative aspect we experienced was a small issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff quickly resolved the problem and were extremely accommodating throughout our stay.
